product is nice and comfortable to lay on it is true you have a warmer night when you firsget this product out the box it is flat and looks rubbish but good tings come to those who wait. pillows at first feal strange but the seem quite nice on the neck overal out of ten is a ten

I felt the service from the company was very good - but unfortunately not so from the despatch company - City Link! Anyway, when it eventually arrived I found the matress extremely comfortable. It is true that it does have a distinctive smell but this does pass in a couple of days. It is also true that it is quite warm to lay on, but I'm sure that will be a welcome quality in the winter, and is not so bad that it is uncomfortable, and I speak as a 'hot' person - it is quite bearable. I have had much less pain from pressure points in bed since using the mattress and I am very pleased with it. It does make the bed quite a bit higher (3") but I feel that adds to the comfy feeling - like climbing into bed as a child lol! I will certainly recommend it to family and friends. Not so sure about the pillows though, which came free with the mattress. A very nice idea to give them free - but they are so hard!!! I'm tying to persevere in an effort to cure neck ache but it is like laying your head on a brick!
